The story behind Your English Academy
We started with a simple observation: most people who 'know' English still hesitate to speak it. Everything we teach is built to fix that.
Teaching spoken English since 2014
Your English Academy was founded to solve a problem many Indian learners face: years of English in school, yet real hesitation when it’s time to actually speak. Our founders — former corporate trainers and communication coaches — built a curriculum around speaking practice first, grammar second.
Since then, we’ve worked with students preparing for campus placements, professionals aiming for better roles, homemakers returning to work, and entrepreneurs who need to pitch with confidence. The backgrounds are different. The goal is always the same — speak clearly, and be understood.
English shouldn't feel like a subject.
It should feel like a skill.
Most of us were taught English as something to memorise for an exam — tenses, spellings, comprehension passages. But fluency doesn’t come from memorising rules. It comes from using the language, making mistakes out loud, and correcting them in real conversation. That’s the shift we make with every learner: from studying English to actually using it.
What guides how we teach.
Our Mission
To help every learner communicate in English with genuine confidence — not just correct grammar, but the ability to speak up and be understood in real situations.
Why Communication Matters
English fluency often decides who gets heard in interviews, classrooms, and meetings. We treat communication as a life skill, not just an academic requirement.
Practical Learning Approach
Every class is built around speaking, listening, and real conversation — not passive lectures. You learn by doing, from your very first session.
Student-Focused Environment
Small batches, individual feedback, and trainers who adapt to your pace — because confidence is built differently for every learner.
Trainers who’ve done this before.
